Wobbling: 90% of wobble cases are caused by loose bolts connecting the seat and the base. Simply tighten them with a wrench.

Lift failure: If the gas cylinder leaks, we will send you a brand new gas cylinder for free (shipping costs are borne by the customer), along with a replacement tutorial. It takes only 10 minutes to replace it yourself.

We operate on a Made-to-Order (MTO) basis. We keep very little stock in our warehouse. Production starts immediately after we receive your deposit and confirmed order details.

Standard products: The production lead time is approximately 15 days.

Bulk orders or special custom products (with complex craftsmanship): The lead time is typically 30 to 45 days.
