We offer two shipping options:

Fully Assembled: The main body is pre-built. You only need to install the backrest and footrest upon delivery.

Knock-Down (Flat-packed): We highly recommend this option if you have narrow elevators or want to reduce shipping costs. The volume is much smaller. Please note: assembly is more complex than the pre-assembled version. We suggest 1-2 people collaborate to assemble it.

Instructions: A detailed English illustrated manual is included with every order (whether assembled or knock-down). If you need instructions in other languages, please contact us in advance.

Headrest: It features a button on the backrest + a buckle on the headrest. Simply press the button and pull the headrest straight up to remove it.

Backrest & Footrest: Simply unscrew the fixing bolts.

Base/Gas Cylinder: Lay the chair flat and gently tap the center shaft of the base with a rubber mallet to separate the cylinder from the base. (Note: Do not attempt to disassemble the gas cylinder itself as it is a high-pressure sealed component).

Hydraulic Lift: The lift range is 13cm - 17cm (depends on the pump model). Step down on the foot pedal to lift, and lift the pedal up to lock the height.

Backrest Recline: Use the hand lever on the left side to adjust the backrest angle within a range of 90° to 135°.

Headrest Adjustment: Adjustable 0 - 20cm according to client height. Press the back button to lock. Some vintage models come with a side hanging hook for the headrest; please check your specific model.

Internal: High-density foam + wooden board.

Frame: Standard models use a metal frame. Our vintage series uses a premium aluminum alloy frame (lighter and rust-proof).

Base: Made of iron, with surface treatments including silver/gold electroplating, powder coating, or hemp yarn finish.

Base Diameter: Ranges from 40cm to 68cm, depending on the specific chair model. For detailed specifications and parameters of each item, please check the product description page.

Adjustable Height: 50cm - 70cm (via hydraulic lift).

Weight Capacity: 150kg - 200kg (depending on the model). Extra-large models feature a 680mm diameter base for extreme stability.

Widely used in professional hair salons, beauty centers, SPA clubs, foot reflexology centers, upscale barbershops, and even personal home studios. Our beauty beds are also perfect for tattooing and massage.

Standard: 5-layer corrugated cardboard boxes.

Overseas/Heavy items: We use reinforced honeycomb boxes, which are extremely strong and DO NOT require wooden crates for most shipments. If you are still concerned about long-distance shipping, we offer optional reinforced packaging with fumigation-free wooden crates for an extra charge of 100 RMB per unit.

For Domestic Orders: We partner with reliable domestic carriers, mainly Aneng Logistics and Zhongtong Express, for fast and stable inland delivery.

For International/Export Orders: We fully support EXW (Ex Works), FCL (Full Container Load), and LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight. We have long-term partnerships with professional freight forwarders who can offer highly competitive ocean freight rates. You are also welcome to use your own designated forwarder; we will fully cooperate with the factory loading, container stuffing, and customs declaration procedures to ensure a smooth export process.

We provide a 1-year warranty on the whole unit. For non-human damage, we ship replacement parts for free (e.g., gas cylinders). Please note: The shipping cost for replacement parts is covered by the customer. We will provide detailed video guides for easy replacement.

Leather: Wipe with a soft cloth and neutral cleaner. Do not use alcohol or strong acidic/alkaline solvents.

Base: Avoid scrubbing with steel wool. Wipe electroplated bases dry to prevent rust. Lubricate the wheel axles occasionally if they squeak.

Keep the foot pedal area clear of obstacles.

Ask clients to keep both feet on the ground when adjusting the backrest.

Never stand or jump on the chair or footrest.

Lower the chair to the lowest position when not in use to prolong the hydraulic pump's lifespan.

Yes, we can ship physical samples for you to evaluate quality, but a sample fee is required (this can be deducted/refunded upon formal bulk order). However, as a direct factory, we do NOT support dropshipping.
